Numbered

A journal for the Mac in which every day of your life has a number.

You were born on day 1. Today has a number, and so will every day you live.

A dated entry says this is August 30th. A numbered entry says this is the 19,884th day you have been alive, and there will not be another.

Words and numbers, side by side

Write the day in your own words. Keep its numbers beside them: the miles you ran, the hours you slept, what you weighed. Each one is stored as a number, against a template you chose, so you, or a tool you point at your journal, can read it back as a number.

Yours

Your journal lives on your Mac and in your iCloud, encrypted and synced by Apple. We never see it. Export writes every day as plain Markdown, your records as readable text and your attachments beside them, in a folder you own, whenever you want it.

Numbered counts the days you have lived.
