Write to support@numbered.app. A person reads every message.

Send the support log

If something went wrong, send the support log with your message. In Numbered, choose Numbered › Settings…, then General, and in the Support section choose Send the support log…. You see every line before anything leaves your Mac, and the log never holds a word you wrote.

Your journal

Where it lives. On your Mac and in your iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account on another Mac, open Numbered, and your journal is there.

Taking it with you. File › Export… writes every day as plain Markdown into a folder you choose, subscribed or not.

From Terminal. numbered help lists every command the app has.

Your subscription

Numbered is sold through the App Store, and Apple keeps the subscription. To change or cancel it, follow Apple’s steps for subscriptions.
